Hi, I'm Jenny!

I have 20 plus years experience in curriculum and instruction.  I work collaboratively and connect with team members across various settings.  Because I have worked and lived around the world, I enjoy working with a diverse group of people and cultures that can learn from each other.  I listen and ask questions to create a common understanding.  I build relationships and bring positivity to the workplace.

I have a strong background in designing curriculum with best practices.  I analyze problems and work with stakeholders to create solutions.  I design data-driven instruction and help learners reach their goals.  I implement instruction and collect data to analyze the learning and outcomes from the trainings.  

Outside of work, I love to spend time in the water.  Going to the beach, snorkeling, swimming, and listening to the waves brings me joy.  I love a good book and spending time with my family and friends.  I also love trying new foods!
